Suitably zoned land is either A-3 Agricultural and resource or RS-2 One-family suburban residential. These locations are mostly in the rural areas of Northeast Coquitlam. On the left you will see Map Contents and a list below. Click the box to the left of Planning and Development. Double click on the words Planning & Development. Click the box to the left of zoning Use the wheel on your mouse to zoom in. Also on the Map Contents list on the left side, the top item says Cadastral - click the box to its left. Click on the word Cadastral. When a list under it opens, click properties. Then a pink line will show the outline of the road right of ways. The Coquitlam Engineering Department might allow a Point Garden on some road Right of Ways if it would be safe enough for gardening on a quiet low-traffic street.
